Join this intimate group of women on a 3-month journey that will lead you back home to yourself, to the very core of your being and your hearts deepest longings and desires. This program is designed to transform and awaken the parts of you that have been lying dormant, through laughter, play, community and togetherness. This is for you if you are ready to break free from old patterns that no longer serve you, meet your edges, and step more fully into your authentic power as a woman.
For so long, the endless weight of responsibilities, chores, and 'to-do' lists has dulled our connection to the radiant essence of who we are. We've been taught to prioritize everything and everyone else, leaving little room for the lightness and play that is at the heart of our feminine nature. The joy of being deeply attuned to our bodies, of embracing our ability to experience pleasure, and the art of simply being, has been buried beneath the heaviness of daily life. It’s time to welcome back some magic, mischief and frivolity into our lives! It’s time to reclaim this sacred and playful part of ourselves.

The Unitarian Church is a beautiful space right in the heart of the lanes in Brighton. It is easy to get to via train, bus or car. For those driving, please get in touch with me about convenient places to park near by. All sessions will be held here, apart from 2 sessions in May which will be outdoors, and 1 session which will be held at my home.
Investment :
Your investment in you is £275 for the whole three months! This can be paid in installements where needed.
